first up...

at bedok~

we got bored along the way during our 1hour walk, hah!

so during lunch the topic of height and body parts surfaced and we decided to compare. Yes, I've got a long body and neck but short legs T___T
proceeded to rest a little, before renting bikes. serene was my papa, and marinne my mama for the day while i was learning how to cycle. I always had mixed responses when i tell people i can't cycle. Stuff like..
"You're Kidding"
"WHAT?! EVERYONE CAN CYCLE!"
"You don't have a childhood, juu"
but now i can! both marinne and serene were awesome teachers, awfully patient and enthusiastic about having me to try it again and again. They also kept giving me live demos and saved me when i look like i'm going to crash. ♥
spent the first hour trying, afterwhich i could cycle a considerable distance!!! imagine my joy! stopped for abit at the rocks to rest a little and camwhore.

very suitable for emo portraits

for self portraits too~! haha, the breeze was really niceee :D

view from where i was ^^
continued shortly after, we cycled around on the path so it was relatively safe. It still scares the shit out of me when someone suddenly overtakes me from the back, or when i have to maneuver around others. I swear the whole time i'm on the bicycle i just grab the grips with all my might (which explains the pain and blisters around my hand web area now) It's quite an experience i must say, left me jittery and aching right after i got off the tiny vehicle. While i was learning it i suddenly learnt to appreciate running/jogging a whole lot more, shall do that next week (which reminds me, there's NRA camp -.-)

so cute~ mini carousel
slacked at McCafe for abit, boyf came down! :D the girls had ice cream at New Zealand's Natural afterwhich before we headed to the rocks again. Sitting there is really quite calming, i would do that again -- just sitting there by the rocks, breeze in your hair, talking about everything or just not thinking about anything at all.

had an enjoyable day, we all left at around 10, spotting a very low orange moon along the way.
